Refund policy
When customers make a purchase at AnyShop Vietnam, we always value their trust and prioritize customer satisfaction. Our warranty/return policy is built upon a commitment to protect consumer rights, aiming to provide a secure shopping experience and the best service for our customers.
Before proceeding with an exchange, please take note of the specific requirements outlined below:

When customers successfully purchase an order, AnyShop will send a confirmation of the order details to the registered email. Please note that online purchases at AnyShop Vietnam are NOT eligible for joint inspection. If customers receive a package with incorrect packaging specifications or a defect in the merchandise, they can refuse to accept the delivery. Alternatively, if there is a defect in the product after receiving it, AnyShop Vietnam will provide free assistance for exchanges.
AnyShop Vietnam guarantees that all products sold in-store are brand new and 100% genuine. However, in the rare case that a customer receives a product with defects, damage, or does not match the description, AnyShop is committed to protecting customer rights through its exchange policy.
To ensure customer rights, we apply certain conditions when you want to exchange the product. Please check the following requirements to ensure that your product is eligible for exchange and not on the list of non-eligible products.
Conditions for eligible exchanges:
- Exchange time frame: Customers can exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the postal stamp or information from the carrier). After 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse product exchange support.
- Product condition: The product must meet the following requirements: remain in the original condition upon receipt, with intact labels, tags, and accompanying accessories (box, additional bags, etc.).
- Promotional gifts: If there are accompanying promotional gifts, it must also be exchanged along with the product.
- Product condition: The product must not be dirty, broken, damaged, stained, scratched, or have an unusual odor. Additionally, the product must have all accessories intact and not have been used.
- Packaging: The product for exchange must be in its original packaging with the product code sticker intact.
- Incorrectly delivered product: If the product is not the correct type, model, size as specified in the placed order, or does not match the image on the website at the time of ordering, the customer has the right to exchange the product.
- Damaged during shipping or manufacturer's fault: If the product is damaged during transportation or due to a manufacturing defect (missing items, expired), the customer can exchange the product.
- Technical issues and incorrect product delivery: If the product has a technical defect from the manufacturer or has been incorrectly delivered, the customer has the right to exchange the product.
- Product value: The product for exchange must have a higher or equal value compared to the product being exchanged. In case of an incorrect product exchange, we will deliver for free.
- Number of exchanges: Each product can only be exchanged once.
- Discounted items: We do not support exchanges for discounted items.
Conditions for non-eligible exchanges:
- Missing purchase invoice: Customers must provide the original purchase invoice to proceed with the product exchange.
- Exceeding the specified time frame: If the customer exceeds the specified time limit, AnyShop Vietnam cannot support the product exchange.
- Damaged due to improper use or external impacts: Products damaged due to improper use or external impacts are not eligible for exchange.
Note:
- To ensure customer rights and facilitate the store's work with relevant departments, the product return requirement mandates that customers provide photos/videos when unboxing the product and showcasing any faulty parts (videos are mandatory). This serves as evidence for future reference or complaints regarding product returns (if necessary). If the customer fails to provide sufficient photos/videos before the end of the product return period, we reserve the right to refuse support.
- AnyShop does not process requests for product returns and refunds.
- For delivered orders, customers are not allowed to open the package and inspect the items before receiving them.
The cost related to product exchanges
AnyShop Vietnam will provide free product exchanges for customers in the following cases: defective products due to manufacturing, damage during transportation, or incorrect deliveries. We do not support product exchanges for subjective reasons such as color preference, change of opinion, etc. In the case that customers refuse to accept the delivery, AnyShop will charge for both the outgoing and return shipping fees.
Packaging and exchange procedure
Please pack the product you want to exchange and send it directly to AnyShop Vietnam's warehouse. Additionally, customers should provide the order code, phone number, or registered email via vn.d2csolutions@anymindgroup.com for assistance with the exchange.
Customers send the package via postal service and ensure confirmation with the shipping provider regarding the condition of the goods: the product still has intact seals, the packaging is undamaged, and it is not broken or damaged. Additionally, the product should have all the necessary accessories.
AnyShop Vietnam will receive the package within 7 days from the successful delivery date. If you send the package more than 7 days after receiving it, we will not process the exchange request.
The product exchange policy may change without prior notice due to requirements regarding product standards. Therefore, please regularly update the information on the website https://anyshopvietnam.com to be notified of any changes.
Once we receive the exchanged product and verify the exchange conditions based on the delivery time in the Shipping Policy section, customers will receive the new product. Please note that product exchanges are only applicable to online orders placed at AnyShop Vietnam.
